How is this different from move-in cleaning?
Post-construction cleaning addresses dust from building or remodeling with a slower, ceiling-to-floor sequence. Move-in cleaning is for a home free of construction dust and prepares its rooms and empty storage spaces for your belongings.
Should cleaning happen while contractors are still working?
Plan the final clean once all trades have finished and cleared the site, with electricity and water available. Share your handover date so we can discuss a suitable cleaning window.

A note on settling dust
Fine construction dust stays airborne and inside your ductwork for days after the trades finish, so some of it resettles after any clean — that is normal and not a sign of incomplete work. Salt and Slate Cleaning Company is not liable for dust that resettles after our final walkthrough or is tracked in by trades, movers, or installers. Book the clean once every trade has finished and cleared out.
