How the Guarantee Works
24-Hour Warranty Period
Our satisfaction guarantee provides a 24-hour warranty period beginning when the cleaning is completed. If any part of your cleaning is not completed to your standards, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to correct the specific area of concern at no additional charge.
Same-Day Corrections
If you're home during the appointment and notice something was missed, mention it to your cleaner — they'll gladly correct it before leaving. You can also call our office while the cleaner is still present so the matter can be resolved immediately.
Re-Clean by Your Team
Because the guarantee is offered at no additional cost, the same cleaners who performed the original service complete the re-clean. Your original team is familiar with the home and the work completed, and they return without additional pay to address any concerns.
What's Covered
The guarantee covers any cleaning tasks included in your service that were not completed to your standards. We'll return to correct the specific areas you identify — whether it's a missed surface, streaked mirror, or area that needs additional attention.
What's Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover pre-existing conditions such as deteriorated caulking, permanently stained grout, hard water etching, mineral deposits bonded to surfaces, or damage from prior misuse of cleaning products. These are home maintenance issues that exist before our service and cannot be resolved through standard cleaning.
Items that break or become damaged due to pre-existing wear, improper installation, instability, manufacturer defects, or incorrect usage are also not covered. Hourly cleanings do not qualify for the satisfaction guarantee or the 24-hour warranty.
