Moving Your Recurring Cleaning Plan to a New Las Vegas Address
Reassess the home, starting condition, and access when your cleaning service moves with you.
By Salt & Slate Cleaning Team
A recurring cleaning plan is built around a particular home. When you move, the new address may have a different size, room count, finish mix, and starting condition. Treat the change as a new scope discussion before continuing the old schedule.
Contact the cleaning company once the move dates and property details are useful enough to review. Provide the new address, expected possession date, and when the home will be ready for cleaning.
Describe the new home
Share more than the number of bedrooms. Include:
- Bathrooms and additional living spaces.
- Stairs, separate guest areas, or other layout details.
- Surfaces with specific care instructions.
- Building access or parking requirements.
- The condition you expect at the first visit.
If you have not seen the empty home, say so. A walkthrough or current photos may help settle the scope once access is available.
Plan the first clean separately
The final clean at the old address and the initial clean at the new address are different appointments. Keep their dates and instructions distinct so keys, contacts, and room lists do not get mixed together.
For Salt & Slate recurring service, the new home needs a confirmed maintenance baseline. Discuss whether a move-in clean, deep clean, or verified recent clean will establish that condition before regular visits begin.
Review the ongoing arrangement
A price or arrival pattern from the previous home may need to change with the new scope. Confirm the new quote, frequency, first recurring date, and access instructions before assuming the previous plan continues.
Once the move is complete, update notes that no longer apply. Old gate codes, pet locations, and room names can create unnecessary confusion.
Arrange recurring cleaning in Las Vegas around the new home’s actual layout and use. Keep a brief checklist of the first appointment and the continuing schedule so both sides know when the move-related work ends and regular maintenance begins.
