We clean loose construction dust and the finished surfaces in your quote. We’ll send your written quote for approval before scheduling.

Before your appointment: Have your contractor complete these removal and repair tasks, clear the work areas and finish dust-producing work.

What to expect after your clean

Fine construction dust may settle again after even a thorough cleaning. Any follow-up visit to remove newly settled dust is not included in your original quote and will be quoted separately for your approval.

For the best result, finish all dust-producing work before your appointment, have your HVAC filters checked and replaced as needed, and keep contractors out of cleaned areas.

I have reviewed the included and excluded work above. I understand that detailed construction-dust cleaning can require substantial labor, including repeated vacuuming and wiping. The specialty removals and contractor corrections listed above are not included. I will have construction completed, work areas cleared, and the listed contractor removal and repair tasks completed before the appointment. Water and electricity will be available. I understand that fine construction dust may settle again after even a thorough cleaning. Any follow-up visit to remove newly settled dust is not included in my original quote and will be quoted separately for my approval.

Post-construction cleans are payable by Zelle or ACH. We confirm payment arrangements before scheduling. Read the service terms.
