Adding Office Space to a Frisco Cleaning Agreement
Update a Frisco office cleaning agreement when the business adds rooms or another suite, with clear access, task frequency, and pricing.
By Salt & Slate Cleaning Team
An office expansion changes the cleaning plan even when the new space is next door. Before your Frisco team starts using added rooms, ask the cleaning provider to review the full revised footprint.
Show what is being added
Provide a floorplan or room list that marks the new area. Include bathrooms, meeting rooms, storage, break spaces, and connecting corridors rather than describing only the additional square footage.
Explain how the new rooms will be used and how many people are expected to occupy them. A lightly used storage room and a busy training room may need different task frequencies.
Confirm readiness and access
Tell the company when furniture arrives and when employees begin working in the space. If the expansion involves construction, discuss the final-clean requirement before adding the rooms to regular maintenance.
Check whether the new suite has a separate key, alarm, entrance, or building rule. Include those details in the access plan and test them before the first scheduled visit.
Request a revised scope
Salt & Slate’s Frisco office cleaning follows the office’s agreed checklist. Ask for the new rooms, task frequencies, and any changed price to be included in an updated proposal.
Also identify whether the expansion changes work in the original office. More employees may increase use of an existing restroom or break room even if that room’s dimensions stay the same.
Set the start date clearly
Choose the date when the expanded service begins. Keep the old and new scope versions with their effective dates so the first invoice after the change can be checked easily.
If opening is delayed, update the company promptly and confirm how that affects scheduled work.
Review the first few visits
Check that the room list matches the final layout and that the access window remains practical. Report a specific room or task if something needs adjustment.
Treating the expansion as a documented service change gives the cleaning team enough information to cover the added space and helps your office understand the resulting schedule and cost.
